    The registration form has three parts. Fill each one carefully.

A) Personal Information

  • CNIC/B-Form number: Auto-filled from the first step.
  • Full name: As per your B-Form/CNIC or Matric certificate.
  • Father’s full name: As per CNIC.
  • Date of birth: Select day, month, and year.
  • Gender: Male/Female.
  • Permanent address: Exactly as on your CNIC.
  • Domicile province and city: Select your province (AJK, Balochistan, Federal Capital, GB, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh; merged districts formerly FATA fall under KP) and city.
  • Employment status: Employed or Not Employed. Note: Employment does not affect eligibility.
  • Disability: If you are a differently-abled student, select Yes and provide details; otherwise select No.
  • Received a government laptop before?: If you have received one under any previous scheme, select Yes (this generally makes you ineligible). Do not provide false information.

B) Academic Information

  • Enrollment/Registration number: Issued by your university.
  • City: Select the city of your university.
  • University: After selecting city, choose your university from the list.
  • Campus: Choose your specific campus.
  • Department/Discipline: Select your department/subject.
  • Degree level: PhD / 18 Years (MS/MPhil) / 16 Years (BS/BA/BSc/Equivalent).
  • Degree program: Select your exact program (e.g., BEd 4-year, BBA, BS Education, etc.).
  • Admission date: Choose month and year you enrolled.
  • Expected completion date: Usually auto-calculated by the system.
  • System: Semester or Annual (most are Semester).
  • Current semester and year of study: Select correctly based on your admission date.
  • Marks/CGPA details:
    • HSSC/Intermediate percentage (required).
    • Current system: CGPA or Percentage.
    • Latest CGPA/percentage from your last declared term (if applicable).

C) Contact Information

  • Mobile number: Enter an active number. Avoid porting to another network during processing.
  • Email address: Enter a valid, active email. An OTP will be sent to this email.
  • Email OTP: Enter the OTP to verify your email.
  • Captcha: Complete the captcha again if prompted.
  • Submit: The Submit button activates after your email is verified. Click to finish.

Note on OTP: As of now, SMS OTP has been discontinued; only email OTP is required.
